The reason why men have shorter lifespans than women and the anti-aging effect of growth hormone.

12. Is it true that "men have shorter lifespans than women"?

Currently, the average life expectancy in Japan is 86 years for women and 79 years for men. Globally, no country has a longer life expectancy for men. This is because, from both a biological and sociological perspective, men are facing a trend of being phased out.

In the earliest mammals, during the fertilized egg stage shortly after conception, the male-to-female ratio was 170:100, but the actual number of newborn infants was 106:100. Male mortality was high in infancy, but by adolescence, the male-to-female ratio was almost equal. One theory suggests that recent human infant mortality rates are very low, and even in adolescence, the 106:100 ratio will not change, leading to an era of large male surplus.

These are US statistics. Sadly, men are twice as likely as women to die from accidents and three times as likely to die from suicide or homicide as women after reaching adulthood.

Although women are increasingly entering various workplaces, physically demanding jobs such as construction site operators and truck drivers remain male-dominated. Consequently, the number of deaths from workplace accidents, such as falls from ladders and entanglements in machinery, has risen to 25 times that of women. As a result, it is rumored that by age 100, the male-to-female ratio will be 16:100.

According to Dr. Aaron Chipanis, an American expert in men's health:

● Because 70% of the victims of the atrocities were men

● 80% of murderers are male

● 85% of homeless people are male

● 90% of people infected with HIV are men

● 90% of work-related deaths are caused by men.

● 95% of the people in prison are men

How painful and dangerous a man's life is!

There are many reasons why men have shorter life expectancies.

There seem to be other reasons why men have shorter lifespans than women.

● Relatively low awareness of self-protection

● Low knowledge and awareness of dietary habits

● Midlife weight gain (metabolic syndrome)

● Lack of exercise

● Excessive drinking

● There are many situations where one is involved in risk (due to work or sports).

● Frequent exposure to violence

● Few aid groups or organizations

● High work pressure

The result of these factors being intricately intertwined is the burden of the notion that "men are more susceptible to illness and have shorter lifespans than women."

13. The close relationship between growth hormone and anti-aging

Until recently, the term "anti-aging" did not exist in the world.

On July 5, 1990, Dr. Daniel Radman of the Medical University of Wisconsin published a landmark paper in medical history in the world's most prestigious journal, The New England Journal of Medicine.

This was a study comparing the effects of growth hormone injections administered to 12 men aged 61-81 for six months to an age-matched control group. The men who received growth hormone injections, despite not undergoing dietary therapy or exercise, experienced an average muscle gain of 8.8% and a fat reduction of 14%. Their thinner skin also gained thickness and strength, and the lumbar vertebrae of their spine increased in size. The bodies of these obese and frail elderly individuals showed a marked improvement in youthfulness.

Dr. Radman published a bold research report in a prestigious conservative medicine journal, stating that "the therapeutic effects of six months of growth hormone application on fat mass and adipose tissue are comparable in scale to the changes produced by the aging process over 10 to 20 years." This paper was widely adopted by newspapers around the world and caused a great shock to the medical community.

To date, even with the power of science to somewhat slow down the aging process, we have reached our limits. Doctors with this idea have begun to consider what if we could reverse the aging process, that is, make us younger. Thus, the term "ANTI-AGING" was born.

Afterwards, medical journals worldwide were filled with medical papers discussing the efficacy of growth hormone therapy. Growth hormone replacement therapy was described as having a wide range of effects, including reduced body fat, increased muscle mass, improved vitality, enhanced sexual function, regeneration of organs, restoration of immune function, strengthened bones, lowered blood cholesterol and blood pressure, faster wound healing, improved skin strength and smoothness, hair regrowth, improved vision, elevated mood, and improved cognitive abilities. It was practically a dream hormone.

However, simply supplementing with growth hormone doesn't solve all problems; the reality is harsh, and there are side effects. The craze for blindly supplementing with growth hormone has subsided, and rational judgment is now possible. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved growth hormone replacement therapy for adult patients with growth hormone deficiency. In Japan, those holding a medical license recognized by the Japan Society for Anti-Aging Medicine can receive growth hormone replacement therapy under the supervision of a skilled physician.

In short, I think everyone seems to have realized that anti-aging starts with the introduction of growth hormone.

14. What is hormone replacement therapy?

Do you know what male hormone replacement therapy is?

As mentioned earlier, hormone levels decline with age, potentially leading to unexplained discomfort. One treatment method to alleviate these symptoms is to replenish lost hormones, also known as "male hormone replacement therapy." While awareness is still relatively low in Japan, it has gained rapid popularity in recent years as a treatment option for women experiencing menopause.

On the other hand, several problems were also pointed out.

First, it can cause acne. Also, the symptoms of sleep apnea syndrome can worsen, so what treatments are needed before starting male hormone replacement therapy?

Advantages of male hormone replacement therapy

● The pain in my body disappeared.

● Increased motivation and concentration

● Improves fatigue or lethargy

● Calm down

● Able to fall into a deep sleep

● Increase bone density

● Improve depressive symptoms

● Increase muscle mass and reduce fat

● Restore libido

● Stabilize emotions

● Brain activation
